Terms of Service
Effective August 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Aindy's websites, web application, AI assistant, messaging channels, and integrations (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Aindy ("Aindy," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who can use Aindy
The Service is intended for users aged 16 and older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 16 to use the Service or knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for your account, connected services, and activity. Keep your accounts and devices secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
If you use Aindy for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Using the Service
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms.
You may not:
- use the Service unlawfully or to violate another person's rights;
- submit content you do not have the right to use;
- harass, threaten, deceive, impersonate, or harm others;
- generate or distribute illegal, harmful, infringing, or malicious content;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or circumvent security, authentication, permissions, or access controls;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service except where applicable law permits;
- use automated means to access the Service without our written permission; or
- use the Service or its output to develop or train a competing AI model or service.
We may remove content or restrict access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect the Service or others, or comply with law.
3. Your content and data
You retain ownership of content you submit or create through the Service. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide features you request. This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where retention is permitted by our Privacy Policy or required by law.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for content you provide, including personal information about other people.
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. To request access, correction, or deletion, email [email protected].
4. AI features
Aindy uses artificial intelligence to generate responses and perform requested tasks. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, or unsuitable. It may not be unique. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on, sharing, or acting on it.
Aindy is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, accounting, employment, safety, or other expert advice. Do not rely on the Service for emergency or high-risk decisions.
You must not represent AI-generated output as human-generated when doing so would be deceptive or unlawful. Your use of output remains subject to applicable law and third-party rights.
5. Connected services and actions
You may connect third-party services, including Google Calendar and Todoist. By connecting a service, you authorize Aindy to access its data and take actions within the permissions you grant and the instructions you provide. These actions may include creating, updating, completing, or deleting tasks and calendar events.
You are responsible for reviewing requested permissions and confirming important actions and information. We are not responsible for changes, deletions, messages, invitations, or other consequences resulting from instructions you give Aindy.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, content, security, or practices. You may disconnect a service or revoke access through the relevant provider.
6. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license in these Terms, we grant you no rights in the Service or our trademarks.
If you provide feedback, you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or compensation.
7. Availability and changes
We do not guarantee that the Service or any feature will always be available. We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose usage limits or change supported models, channels, and integrations.
8. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, availability, or security.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that content or data will be accurate, complete, preserved, or recoverable.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aindy and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to the Service.
Our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the greater of USD $50 or the amount you paid us for the Service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
10. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aindy and its operators and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your content, your use of the Service, your actions through connected services, or your violation of these Terms or another person's rights.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion by emailing [email protected].
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, misuse the Service, or if continued access is no longer commercially reasonable. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice.
When access ends, your license to use the Service ends. Your data will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including Sections 3, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 14.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate or required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent. We may transfer them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
